Lhasa, capital of the Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR), recently has received more and more tourists.

"Influenced by the March 14 Riots, TAR has received 113,000 tourists since May, showing a decline of 76% against the same period last year. However, tourism in Lhasa welcomes a reviving trend since the end of May," said Tanor, an officer of the TAR Tourism Bureau.
