Itinerary:
Day01: Beijing/ Shanghai/ Xian/ Chengdu flight to Lhasa ( 80km, asphalt road, 3595m, 15－19°C) Overnight at Lhasa
- Depature from Beijing, Shanghai, Xian, Guangzhou, Chongqin: You will use your copy of your Tibet Entry Permit, you passport and flight ticket change the broding pass flight to Lhasa.
- Depature from Chengdu: Morning time our staff pick you from your hotel in Chengdu then dropping of you to Chengdu
airport help you check in. 2 hour fligth you will arrive at Lhasa Gongga airport. Tibet guide will pick you from airport to Lhasa city. Rest in hotel.
Notes:
Please take one warm overcoat cloth when you travel to Namtso lake that it’s a little bit cold than in Lhasa city.
Day02: Lhasa city tour Overnight in Lhasa
Morning time visit Potala Palace. Then visit Jokhang Temple, walk around Barkhor Market.
Day03: Lhasa city tour Overnight at Lhasa
Morning time visit Drepung Monastery. , then afternoon to Sera Monastery.
Day04: Lhasa- Samye Monastery- Tsetang( 230km, 2 hours driving) Overnight at Tsetang
Morning drive to Tsetang, located by Yarlung Valley, is the capital of Shannan Prefecture. It's reputed as "the cradle of Tibetan Civilization. On the way boat ferry on Yarlung Tsangpo River visit Samya Monastery which is the first one built in the 7th century and has three building with different style (Tibetan Hans and India), then arrive at Tsetang town.
Day5: Tsetang- Yumbulakang- Trundruk monastery- Tsetang ( 290km, 3 hours driving, asphalt road in good condition , 3700m, 10-17°C) Overnight at Tsetang
Today visit Yumbulakang Palace and Trundruk Monastery.
Day06: Tsetang- Lhasa Gonga airport or train station.
Dropping off, end the trip.
