Daily Itinerary:
Day 1st: Train/ Flight to Lhasa (80km)
Guide pick you from Lhasa airport dropping off to hotel. Rest in hotel adapt the high altitude.

Day 2th: Lhasa (100km)
Morning time visit Potala Palace. Afternoon visit Jokhang Temple, then walk around Barkhor Market.

Day 3th: Lhasa (100km)
Morning time visit Drepung Monastery. Afternoon visit Sera Monastery.

Day 4th: Lhasa/ Yamdrotso lake/ Gyantse/ Shigatse(440km)
Morning depature from Lhasa pass Gangbala Mt. which is over than 5000m, then to Yamdrotso lake on the way to Gyantse can sightseeing Karola Glacier, then arrive at Gyantse, visit Gyangtse Kumbum, far view of Gyantse Dzong. Driving to Shigatse.

Warm Notes:
1. Take very warm clothes and shoes with you to Mt. Evrest that you can focous on the wonderful scenery.
2. You’d better take some fast food like cookie chocolate with you because there isn’t so much delicious on the way to Everest.

Day 5th: Shigatse/ Tingri(Shegar)/ Rongpu Monastery(350km)
Morning time visit TashiLumpo Monastery which was Built in1447, spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas. After lunch driving along with Friend-ship way pass Lhatse to Tingri. After buy the entrance of Everest then go on driving rough road to Rongpu Monastery, far view of Everest Base Camp.
Accommodation: Rongpu dorm bed
Warm Note:
- Rongpu Monastery around 4980m high, so accommodation here will be very cold even in summer time. Please take warm cloth with you. Our travel agency will provide sleeping bag.
- Maybe you will get a headache here, we will also provide 3 bottom of oxygen for a group for urgent use.
- The rooms conditon at Rongpu is really bad, hope you can understand.
- If it's so hard for you we can change the route accommodation at Tingri instead of Rongpu, but can't take the sunrise and sunset at Everest Base Camp
- Some time there will be cloudy at Everest Base Camp. Just depends on the weather. At high altitude the weather will change so quickly.

Day 6th: Rongpu/ Everest Base Camp/ Tingri/ Shigatse(350km)
Early in the morning take animal carriage to Everest Base Camp, take sunrise of Everest. Noon time driving down to Tingri through the friendship highway back to Shigatse.

Day 7th: Shigatse/ Namtso Lake(560km)
Morning driving with rough road, pass by grasssland and moutains arrive at Namtso Lake. Enjoy the sunset scenery at Namtso Lake side.
Accommodation: Namtso Lake Tent Guest Hourse dorm bed
- It will be blowing heavily at Namtso Lake, please take warm cloth with you.

Day 8th: Namtso lake/ Tsurphu Monastery/ Lhasa(350km)
Morning time take photo of sunrise beside the Namtso lake , then driving pass by Nagqu Grassland back to Lhasa, on the way you will have a chance enjoy Yangbache- hotspring. Driving rough road vist Tsurphu Monastery which is original Monastery for Grupa. Then send you back to Lhasa' hotel you stayed.

Warm Notes:
- Depends on how long times you arrive in high altitude and your body adapt, suggestion your don’t take the hotspring that maybe you will get the high altitude sickness.
* Yangpachen- Hotspring * Tsurphu Monastery
Day 9th: Lhasa/ Draksum-tso/ Cypress Forest(500km)
Morning time depature from Lhasa to Nyingtri. On the way you will cross over Mila Pass, enjoy the scenery along the Niyang River. Afternoon drive to visit Draksum-tso, the lake and its surrounding views are beautiful and the site is also connected to the semi-mythical ruler of the Kham region and Guru Rinpoche. Take a ferry ride off the southern shore of the lake to visit the Tsodzong Monatery, most probably the highest attractions of this site. Close by Bayi Town visit Cypress Forest.

If you will YarlungTsangpu Valley Rukoupai Town it will be one day more have arranged the special trekking tour for you which heads for one of the best touring site in Mt. Nanjiabawa ---Daduka. If the weather is good, you will have a chance to have a look of the famous Mt. Nanjiabawa(buy the Niyang touring site entrance by yourself) that night overnight at Bayi.

Day10: Nyingtri fligh to Chengdu.
Nyingtri airport dropping off flight to Chengdu, then change the flight to other city or back home end the trip.
